Affiliate Terms

1. Membership in the Program

The Ghost Genius API affiliate program is open to everyone, provided they adhere to ethical standards. Joining the program is completely free and does not require any initial payment. Affiliates are responsible for promoting Ghost Genius API in an honest and ethical manner.

2. Commissions and Payments

Affiliates earn a lifetime commission of 30% on every sale generated through their referral. Commissions are paid exclusively via PayPal. Other payment methods may be introduced in the future, and affiliates can request additional options by contacting us.

To request a withdrawal, the minimum balance required is €30, with no maximum withdrawal limit. If a sale is canceled or refunded, the affiliate’s commission for that transaction will be immediately revoked.

3. Promotional Guidelines

Promotional methods must comply with ethical marketing practices. False or misleading advertising is strictly prohibited. Affiliates are not allowed to purchase Google Ads or any paid search advertisements using the Ghost Genius API brand name or its variations unless prior authorization is granted.

4. Suspension and Termination

Ghost Genius API reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s account in cases of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms. Affiliates may leave the program at any time without penalties.

5. Modifications to the Program

Ghost Genius API reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
