Refund Policy

At Ghost Genius API, we maintain a strict refund policy due to the nature of our service. As our API provides immediate access to data and consumes resources upon use, most transactions are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds for Credits

Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they are non-refundable. This includes unused credits remaining in your account, as these credits represent reserved capacity in our system.

Subscription and Billing

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Overage Charges

All overage charges are final and non-refundable as they represent actual API usage that has already occurred.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of extended service outages (exceeding 24 hours) due to our technical issues, we may provide compensation in the form of service credits at our discretion. These cases will be evaluated individually.

Fraudulent Charges

For cases of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, please contact your payment provider immediately. Any refunds for fraudulent charges will be handled through your payment provider's dispute resolution process.

Service Credits

We reserve the right to offer service credits instead of monetary refunds when addressing service-related issues. These credits can only be used for future use of our service and have no cash value.
